Property Description

Newly refurbished, this holiday home boasts four en-suite bedrooms with a very large, spacious garden. Perfect for a relaxing break, the south facing garden has a BBQ, play area and sitting area, ideal for spending some quality family time together. Located in Hunmanby you are just a short drive from Filey, Scarborough or Bridlington.

Living Areas
Longlands has two lounge areas, both with wall mounted televisions. The main lounge has French patio doors leading out on to the large, south-facing, grassy garden. Both living rooms have comfortable sofas for everyone to sit back and relax.

Dining Room & Kitchen
The fully fitted, modern kitchen is complete with everything you need for a self catering holiday, including a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The archway leads through to the dining room where you can all gather round and enjoy your evening.

The large garden is south facing, and has ample parking for 5-6 cars. That does not mean it is all concrete though, there is a large grassy area within the grounds, perfect for letting the kids run about and have fun. On an evening, light a BBQ and open a couple of bottles of wine to ensure you get the full holiday experience.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Ground Floor
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor at Longlands, all of which are en-suite with wash basin and toilet. The ground floor bedrooms are all double rooms, while the family bathroom is fully tiled bath and shower room with a large wash basin.

First Floor
The fourth bedroom is situated on the first floor. This bedroom is a spacious twin room with two dormer windows, built in wardrobe and en-suite tiled bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.

There is WiFi available at this property, while there is also a luxury dog kennel available if you wish to bring a dog. Bed linen and towels are provided. This is a no smoking property.

Things to do...
Guests of this property are within a few minutes walk of the Hunmanby main street, which boasts a multitude of shops.

Food & Drink...
If you are cooking at home, there is a local butcher in Hunmanby, there is also Co-op and Premier on the main street to ensure you get all the for the perfect home cooked meal. There is a small cafe just along the road, with Hunmanby Pantry providing you with fantastic sandwiches, salads and other quality local ingredients. If it is evening food you require, there is a Chinese takeaway, plus many other takeaways in the local area which deliver to Hunmanby, details of which are provided within your information pack.

Hunmanby is a relaxed village with a holiday-style way of life, you are close to the beach and within a short drive of the seaside resorts of Scarborough and Filey. Perfect for taking the kids down to the beach with a bucket and spade, grabbing some fish and chips or enjoying an ice cream.

Just a short drive down the road is The Bay, Filey. The Bay is home to a leisure centre boasting a gym, sauna and swimming pool. On site you will also find a putting green, tennis court and the John Paul Jones pub which serves great food - we recommend the gourmet burgers!

Walking or cycling routes are in abundance along this coast, so there is plenty to do. There are also a selection of local golf courses within reach if you want bring your clubs!
